I set this timeout to 10 minutes, but even so, when an fluent job were killed, the queued ones started and failed because of the lack of licenses available. When a fluent job/task is canceled with the job manager, the fluent process is simply killed and the licenses are not available until a timeout is reach (1 hour by default on our flexlm serv).
